About Soul Signs
I'm Elisabeth, founder of Soul Signs. My path is rooted in deep inner journeys and connection with nature. I am both deeply connected and firmly rooted, and I wish the same for my clients. "Drifting off" usually doesn’t help when it comes to facing the challenges in your life. I carefully guide people in alignment with their unique life journey and purpose. When needed or desired, I combine shamanic work with other modalities.
Deeply connected and firmly grounded
I’m Elisabeth Dana: curious, full of zest for life, deeply connected, and also firmly grounded. In my work I love to bring body and soul together, guiding people who long for more freedom, fulfillment, and a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
My own journey with shamanism began in 2012, and since then this work has become deeply rooted in my personal life. To be able to guide others in this, I’ve received thorough training over the years with some of the greatest teachers globally, including Roel Crabbe in Belgium and Sandra Ingerman in the United States.
I’m also registered as a practitioner and instructor in the worldwide database of ShamanicTeachers.com.
Shamanism & embodiment
Shamanic work is about the spirit in all things, the healing wisdom of nature, and connecting with your “unseen allies.” From this starting point, I guide people in 1:1 sessions and/or trainings to find clarity, healing, and a deeper sense of homecoming within themselves.
At the same time, I believe that energetic and spiritual work only truly bears fruit when it can land in the body and in our daily earthly lives. After all, this is where we are, and this is where we do the work. Since living fully in our bodies doesn’t always come naturally these days, somatic work and embodiment are a vital part of my approach.
Learning to really live in your body is crucial to our sense of wholeness, vitality, and fulfillment. That’s why I combine shamanic work with body-oriented therapy and somatic coaching whenever needed.
This can include trauma therapy and nervous system regulation (through Somatic Experiencing), and learning to land deeper in yourself through various forms of somatic work (such as bodywork, somatic coaching, and pelvic therapy).
This is how in my practice, body and soul come together.
This combination (or parts of it) helps not only to have deep spiritual experiences, but also to integrate them into your actual life. It allows you to truly embody new possibilities and to let change take root.
For some, the journey begins with coaching or therapy and then grows into space for shamanic work. For others, a ritual or journey opens the door to deeper integration in the body. And sometimes someone simply seeks shamanic support. That’s perfectly welcome too.
Whatever the path looks like, it’s always about deep connection, solid grounding, and rediscovering your own power.

Outside of my practice, I deeply enjoy the small and big wonders of life: cooking and eating with care and attention, cuddling with my beloved, the silence and beauty of the underwater world, tending to plants and animals, the full spectrum of emotions, heartfelt conversations, love for nature, traveling, singing, surprises, laughing with friends until our bellies hurt…
I’m a great lover of life, and I embrace it in all its forms, both seen and unseen. Life is good!
